Job Description Job Description Summary Candidate in this role will play a critical role in administering, governing, and scaling our Power Platform and Power BI environments. This role requires expertise in Power BI administration and capacity management, along with hands on experience in Power Platform governance, administration, and solution development. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Administer and optimize Power BI / Microsoft Fabric capacities, including monitoring usage and performance. Manage Power BI tenant settings, workspaces, datasets, gateways, and refresh strategies. Implement and maintain Power Platform governance (environments, DLP policies, security, ALM). Troubleshoot complex Power BI performance, refresh, and connectivity issues. Manage Power Platform environments, connectors, and tenant level settings. Establish best practices for solution packaging, deployment pipelines, and environment isolation. Troubleshoot platform issues and drive continuous improvement. Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor development teams on best practices. Required Skills Must Have: Strong experience in Power BI administration, including: Capacity planning and management Tenant and workspace governance Performance troubleshooting Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric. Strong understanding of Power Platform administration and governance. Working experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Strong grasp of security, DLP policies, and ALM concepts. Ability to analyze platform usage and translate insights into optimization actions. Good to have Experience with CI/CD for Power Platform (Azure DevOps, Git integration). Exposure on Fabric workloads (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Spark, OneLake). PowerShell/ REST API usage for automation and administration. Microsoft certifications (preferred): PL400, PL600, PL900 DP500 / DP600 / Fabric certifications In-Office Collaboration We are a client-centric, relationship-based business.
