As a Voice Engineer at Ameriprise India LLP, you will be responsible for supporting all In-Scope Voice/Contact Center and recording Technologies. Your role will involve proactively monitoring and quickly responding to hardware, software, and network Incidents. You must possess excellent written/verbal communication skills and collaborate closely with vendor/contractor partners. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing after-hours changes/upgrades to Voice and Contact Center related applications and infrastructure, completing detailed implantation plans/design documentation, and troubleshooting/resolving complex Incidents. You will be expected to provide expert-level troubleshooting and end-to-end support/resolution of Service Requests. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering related field; or equivalent work experience - Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information across multiple organizational levels - Flexibility to work shifts depending upon the business requirement - 0-2 years of experience with detailed working knowledge configuring and supporting the following technologies: CUCM, Unity, Expressways, CER, Voice Gateways, UCCE, CVP, WEBEX-CC, CUBE, JABBER, Desk phones, Media Resources, Recording, Nice, Nexedia, Finesse, VVB, CUSP, IM&P|PRI, PSTN-ISDN, SIP, MGCP, H323, SCCP, Monitoring Tools-Prognosis, PRTG&RTMT, Service-Now, ITIL Framework, Vendor Engagement, Wireshark, Debugs, Traces, SOP, RISK-Auditing About Ameriprise India LLP: Ameriprise India LLP has been providing client-based financial solutions for 20 years, helping clients plan and achieve their financial objectives.
