AI/MLOps Engineer

Role & responsibilities : MGT is a US-based consulting firm that partners with public sector and education agencies across the United States, while also supporting projects spanning technology, finance, and advisory services. With decades of industry experience, MGT has grown significantly in recent years. The India team operates as a fully remote global delivery and engineering organization, working closely with consultants and technology teams across the US. Responsibilities: Productionize and operate AI/ML solutions at scale. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI applications and infrastructure. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI/ML workloads across AWS and Azure. Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and incident response for production AI systems. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. Preferred candidate profile : 3+ Years of experience in AIOps, MLOps, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering. Strong hands-on experience with AI Operations and production AI systems. Experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, and infrastructure automation. Proficiency with AWS and Azure cloud platforms. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration. Strong scripting skills in Python and/or Bash. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, ELK, or Datadog.
