This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless content delivery, supporting marketing initiatives, and enhancing user experience through scalable, high-performing Sitecore solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a marketing-first mindset, acting as a translator between business strategy and technical execution while partnering closely with global marketing leaders and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Sitecore Development & Management Design, develop, and maintain Sitecore-based websites (9.1/ SXA / XM Cloud environments) Manage templates, components, workflows, and personalization rules Ensure optimal Sitecore performance, scalability, and security Content & Experience Delivery Partner with marketing teams to enable efficient content publishing and campaign execution Implement personalization, A/B testing, and optimization strategies within Sitecore Drive continuous improvement of website performance using analytics, A/B testing, and user behavior insights Ensure consistency in UI/UX and brand guidelines across all web properties Support AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives by helping design website experiences for evolving customer journeys and AI-assisted discovery Migration & Transformation Support website migrations to Sitecore XM Cloud / newer architectures Work on modernization initiatives, including headless and composable architectures Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with global marketing leaders, business unit stakeholders, and external agencies to define and evolve website strategy and digital experience roadmap Translate marketing objectives, including campaigns, growth initiatives, and customer segmentation, into technical requirements and scalable web solutions Act as a subject matter expert for Sitecore within the organization and provide training and guidance to content authors and junior team members Required Skills & Experience 5–8+ years of experience in Sitecore development and administration Strong expertise in: Sitecore SXA / XP / XM Cloud ( SitecoreAI) HTML, CSS, JavaScript Experience with headless CMS / JSS is a strong advantage Knowledge of Azure environments and DevOps practices Familiarity with API integrations and third-party tools Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO, web performance, and accessibility standards Preferred Qualifications Sitecore Certification (Developer / Professional) Experience in B2B or industrial/manufacturing environments Exposure to marketing automation and CRM integrations Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to balance technical depth with business needs Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence key stakeholders Proactive, ownership-driven mindset Compensation Currency: USD Salary Minimum: Market Salary Maximum: Market Incentive: Market Disclaimer: Where a specific pay range is noted, it is a good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
