About the role
Job Title: Peoplesoft CRM Developer
Developing People Code, PS Queries, Application Package, Component Interface.
Migrating data using SQL LOADER, UTL Packages, LOB objects and SMTP.
Understanding requirements from the clients and perform problem analysis and report on findings to learn user needs and feasibility.
End-to-End in implementation, upgradation, support for PeopleSoft CRM Applications (360 Degree view, CRM Helpdesk, Calendars, Customer Self Service).
Writing Business Rules, Client scripts, UI Policies and UI Actions to customize the instance as per Business needs of Oracle PeopleSoft CRM Applications Governance Program.
Integrating and optimizing complex PL/SQL packages to improve overall data processing capabilities.
Developing PeopleSoft reporting and Interfacing with SQR Reports, PS Query and Tree Manager.
Developing BI Publisher Reports using XML Data Templates. Field service report, Order details report.
Involve in necessary technical workshops such as analysis, technical design, build, code review, testing and deployments .
Involve in daily standup meetings, Sprint planning, Retrospective meeting, and E2E coordination meetings.
Location is Farmington Hills, Michigan.
Business travel and / or relocation to unanticipated locations in the U.S. required.
