Manufacturing Engineer

Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager NPME (Tractor) Develop and establish manufacturing and assembly processes for new tractor models. Prepare plant layouts, line balancing, fixtures, tooling, gauges, and material handling systems. Create PFMEA, PFD, Control Plans, SOPs, and support PPAP/APQP activities. Coordinate procurement, installation, and commissioning of assembly and testing equipment. Monitor pilot, seeding, and production builds to ensure process readiness and quality. Work with cross-functional teams for project execution, manufacturing planning, and continuous improvement. Hands-on experience in SAP, Teamcenter, BOM handling, and tractor/automobile manufacturing processes preferred.
