Project Design Mechanical (Engineer/Sr. Engineer/ AM)

Role & responsibilities KEY ROLE (PURPOSE & SUMMARY) Please provide a brief description of the role. Mechanical Project Design Engineer is responsible for all technical document related to Project execution for fulfilment of contract requirements in regard to functionality, time, quality and cost. KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Please list the key tasks, responsibilities & duties required to carry out the job. To Create Project drawings / documents as per instructions of Team leader based on inputs received and obtained. 1) Layout Drawing 2) GA drawing 3) Flow sheet Prepare Other technical document (Drive list, Utility requirement, equipment list etc.) for customer approval. Discuss & decide schedule start, completion and submission date & ensure the timely completion of task. Carryout self-review of the drawings / documents, with respect to completeness, correctness, aesthetics etc. before submission for quality review. Jointly review the drawings with Team leader/member and carry out changes as per the comments and understand the basis / reason for comments. Concurrence of Civil & structural Drawings as per Project / Client requirement Prepare Erection drawings as per Project / Client requirement. Prepare Technical data sheet of Bought-out items and approval on vendor drawings. QUALIFICATION Educational background Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechanical engineering discipline from an accredited college or University. Experience (professional, leadership, international) 5-7 years of experience in Project engineering Additional Qualifications (e.g. certificates, licences) Experience in CAD modeling (AutoCAD) Management System Confidential company secret.
