Infrastructure Site Lead

As an infrastructure professional looking to anchor an engineering team at Andela Talent Cloud, your primary focus will be on leading and coordinating a team of Infrastructure engineers across multiple technical domains. You will act as the primary escalation point for complex infrastructure issues and root cause analysis. Your responsibilities will include bridging global and local teams, ensuring access to best-in-class tools, and technologies, as well as architecting, engineering, and supporting enterprise Linux environments in multi-user, multi-server setups. Automation of system administration tasks using Bash, Python, and Ansible will be a key aspect, along with driving a culture of automation across the team. Additionally, you will champion AI and LLM tooling for code generation, documentation, troubleshooting, and automation.
