How Youll Help Us Connect The World As a Storage and Backup Engineer, you will be responsible for managing enterprise storage and backup solutions across Windows and Linux environments as part of Storage & Data Protection. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and strategic goals. This role will be based in Goa, India. You Will Make An Impact By Administering enterprise storage and backup platformsSupport storage provisioning for both physical, virtual and cloud environmentsDesigning and maintaining data protection and recovery plansMonitoring and managing backup jobs with Veeam or CommvaultSupporting storage provisioning and performance tuningCollaborating on capacity planning and scalabilityTroubleshooting storage and backup issuesMaintaining documentation and recovery playbooks Required Qualifications For Consideration Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field5 to 8 years of storage administration experienceHands-on experience with enterprise storage technologiesProficiency with backup technologies (Veeam, Commvault)Deep understanding of file systems, SMB, NFS, CIFS, and block-level storage (iSCSI) You Will Excite Us If You Have experience with cloud storage (AWS S3, Azure Blob)Are familiar with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)Have knowledge of disaster recovery planning and BC/DR solutionsHold storage vendor certifications Why ANDREW Explore exciting career opportunities at ANDREW, part of the Amphenol family.
