About the role
Role Overview: As a Product Manager at Angel One, you will play a crucial role in the mission to make onboarding and investing easily accessible and affordable for all millennials. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and executing ideas to create value for Angel One users. This will involve understanding customer requirements, creating workflows, and collaborating with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities: - Define, own, and drive key success metrics within the Broking Product. - Track and analyze performance to identify improvements, drive maximum usage, achieve business objectives, and enhance the product experience. - Design and own the product roadmap, ensuring the steady execution of product life cycle processes from idea to final launch. - Collaborate with the design team to guide investments in research, prototyping, experimentation, and design thinking. - Work with the Data Analytics team to guide investments in data analysis for impactful conversational, prediction, and personalization strategies. - Gain in-depth understanding of internal systems to identify areas for improvement in user experience and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with internal business verticals to drive core organizational KPIs and translate problems/goals into actionable requirements. - Manage daily interactions with the tech team to clarify product requirement documents. - Take ownership of features and experiments end-to-end, including writing product specs, creating wireframes, driving cross-functional execution, making product decisions, and sharing insights throughout the company. - Gather, review, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to uncover new product insights. - Drive PAT, DAT, and UAT with the QA team. - Demonstrate initiative and hands-on problem-solving skills to address challenges persistently. Qualifications Required: - Engineering or Management degree from a Tier 1 institution. - Minimum 4+ years of work experience in Product Management in consumer-oriented tech startups. - Proven track record in driving core Product KPIs with measurable results. - Strong data analytics proficiency. - Experience in building new age B2C products at scale. - Technical skills expertise. - Data-driven decision-making ability. - Proficiency in User Research, including Usability Testing, User interviews, and A/B Testing. - Ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent stakeholder management skills. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
