We're Hiring: Lead Business Analytics (Manager) Location: Mumbai / Bengaluru Experience: 6+ Years Department: Data & Analytics At Angel One , we're looking for a passionate Lead Business Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making, automate analytics solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful business insights. What You'll Do Analyze complex business and customer data to generate actionable insights. Build and automate end-to-end data analytics solutions, including data preparation, pipelines, and dashboards. Develop reports and interactive dashboards for business stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver analytics solutions. Optimize existing reporting processes and recommend data-driven improvements. Mentor team members and contribute to business-critical analytics initiatives. What We're Looking For 6+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Data Analytics. Robust expertise in SQL, Python, Excel, and Tableau . Experience with Databricks , Business Intelligence tools, and dashboard development. Exposure to AWS, S3 , and modern data platforms is an advantage. Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT is a plus. Robust analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver business value through data.
