Job Description: AI Ethics Research AnalystJob Title: AI Ethics Research Analyst Experience: 15 Years Location: Hyderabad / As per business requirement Employment Type: Full-Time Role OverviewWe are looking for an AI Ethics Research Analyst responsible for conducting research and supporting the development of ethical, responsible, and human-centric AI systems. The ideal candidate will analyze AI risks, evaluate fairness and bias in AI models, support AI governance initiatives, and contribute to policy frameworks for responsible AI deployment. The candidate will collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, legal teams, business stakeholders, and governance teams to assess AI impact and ensure secure, transparent, and accountable AI solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research on AI ethics, responsible AI practices, and emerging AI governance trends.Evaluate AI systems for fairness, transparency, accountability, and potential social impact.Perform bias analysis and fairness assessments on AI models and datasets.Analyze risks associated with AI deployment, including unintended outcomes and ethical concerns.Support development of AI governance policies, frameworks, and responsible AI guidelines.Conduct stakeholder impact analysis to understand human and business implications of AI systems.Research regulatory developments and industry standards related to AI ethics.Prepare reports, documentation, research papers, and recommendations on AI risks and mitigation strategies.Collaborate with AI/ML teams to improve ethical considerations throughout the AI lifecycle.Support AI model review processes, including data usage, transparency, and explainability assessments.Develop presentations and communicate AI ethics findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Stay updated with advancements in AI safety, fairness, privacy, and governance practices.Required Skills & Qualifications15 years of overall experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, AI governance, research, data science, policy analysis, or related fields.Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in AI ethics research or closely related technologies.Strong understanding of:AI ethics principles and responsible AI practicesBias detection and fairness evaluation methodsAI governance frameworksEthical AI deployment lifecycleAI risk assessment methodologiesExperience in conducting research, analyzing technical and policy documents.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to create clear documentation, reports, and research summaries.Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.Good to Have SkillsKnowledge of AI governance frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, or similar standards.Familiarity with machine learning concepts and AI model development lifecycle.Experience with fairness evaluation tools and responsible AI platforms.Understanding of privacy, data protection, and AI regulatory requirements.Experience in academic research, policy research, or publishing technical articles.Knowledge of explainable AI (XAI) and model transparency techniques.Familiarity with LLMs, Generative AI, and ethical challenges in AI systems.Candidate Profile Details RequiredPlease share the below details along with your updated resume: Total Experience: Relevant Experience: Current Company: Current CTC: Expected CTC: Notice Period: Current Location: Reason for Change: Availability for Interview: Updated Resume: Interested candidates can share their updated profile at: [HIDDEN TEXT] .
