Job Title: Process Mining AnalystJob Location: Hyderabad Experience: Up to 5 Years Relevant Experience: 12 Years in Process Mining, Process Analytics, Business Process Improvement, or related technologies Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented Process Mining Analyst to design, develop, and support process discovery and business process improvement initiatives using event logs and operational data. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to analyze business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and deliver secure, scalable, and measurable process intelligence solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive digital transformation. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement process mining solutions to analyze business processes using event logs and operational data.Discover, visualize, and monitor end-to-end business processes using process mining tools.Analyze process performance, bottlenecks, process variants, and conformance deviations to identify improvement opportunities.Build dashboards, reports, and process analytics to support operational and business decision-making.Collect, cleanse, transform, and validate event log data from multiple enterprise systems.Develop SQL queries for extracting, transforming, and analyzing process-related data.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes and recommend process optimization strategies.Create process models, process maps, and documentation using BPMN or similar process modeling standards.Support process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.Perform root cause analysis and recommend automation or optimization opportunities.Work closely with data engineers and business teams to integrate process mining with enterprise data platforms.Support production deployments, process monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.Required SkillsHands-on experience with Process Mining tools such as Celonis, Microsoft Process Advisor, SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, UiPath Process Mining, ABBYY Timeline, or similar platforms.Strong knowledge of business process discovery and process analysis.Experience writing complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.Strong understanding of process modeling techniques such as BPMN.Experience analyzing event logs and operational datasets.Knowledge of process performance analysis, conformance checking, and bottleneck identification.Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.Understanding of workflow optimization and operational excellence principles.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Celonis EMS, SAP Signavio, UiPath Process Mining, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar process intelligence platforms.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies.Experience with Python, R, or scripting languages for data analysis is an added advantage.Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and relational databases.Exposure to process automation technologies such as RPA, Power Automate, or workflow engines is preferred.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.Candidate DetailsTotal Experience: Relevant Experience: Current Company: Current CTC: Expected CTC: Notice Period: Current Location: Reason for Change: Please send your updated profile to [HIDDEN TEXT] .
