Job Title: Intelligent Process Automation Engineer Job Location: Hyderabad Experience: Up to 5 Years Relevant Experience: 12 Years in Intelligent Process Automation, RPA, Workflow Automation, Document AI, APIs, or related technologies Job Description We are looking for a talented Intelligent Process Automation Engineer to design, develop, and support end-to-end automation solutions by combining AI, business rules, APIs, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The ideal candidate will work closely with business, data, and engineering teams to build secure, scalable, and intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end intelligent process automation solutions using RPA and workflow automation technologies. - Build AI-enabled automation workflows by integrating business rules, Document AI, OCR, APIs, and enterprise applications. - Develop automation solutions for document processing, data extraction, validation, and intelligent decision-making. - Integrate enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, web services, and third-party applications. - Design scalable workflow automation with robust exception handling, retry mechanisms, logging, and monitoring. - Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve productivity. - Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions. - Perform testing, debugging, deployment, production support, and continuous optimization of automation workflows. - Implement security, governance, audit logging, and compliance best practices across automation solutions. - Prepare technical documentation including Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and deployment guides. Required Skills - Strong hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar. - Experience working with workflow engines and business process automation. - Solid knowledge of Document AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR technologies, or document automation. - Experience integrating applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and web services. - Strong understanding of exception handling, logging, monitoring, and production support. - Experience designing scalable end-to-end automation workflows. - Knowledge of business process analysis and workflow optimization. - Experience working with SQL and relational databases. - Programming knowledge in Python, C#, Java, VB.NET, or JavaScript is an added advantage. - Familiarity with version control tools such as Git is preferred. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with AI-enabled automation, Machine Learning integrations, or intelligent workflow solutions. - Knowledge of OCR technologies such as ABBYY, Tesseract, Google Vision, or Azure Document Intelligence. - Experience integrating enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, or ERP/CRM platforms. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins is an added advantage. - Relevant RPA or Intelligent Automation certifications are preferred. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
