Salesforce Einstein AI Consultant Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) Job Type: Permanent Experience: 25 Years About the Role We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Einstein AI Consultant with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting AI-powered Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Salesforce Einstein AI, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Business Analysis, and AI-driven CRM solutions to deliver predictive insights, intelligent automation, and personalized customer experiences. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Einstein AI solutions for enterprise CRM applications. - Build AI-powered use cases using Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder, Agentforce, Copilot Actions, and Einstein AI capabilities. - Configure and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud to deliver predictive insights and personalized customer experiences. - Gather business requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into AI-driven Salesforce solutions. - Develop intelligent customer workflows, business process automation, and approval processes using Salesforce Flow and Flow Orchestration. - Configure predictive models, AI recommendations, forecasting, and customer insights using Einstein AI and CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM). - Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. - Ensure application security, governance, compliance, and Responsible AI best practices using the Einstein Trust Layer. - Collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI-enabled CRM solutions. - Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and provide ongoing support. - Prepare technical documentation and follow Salesforce implementation best practices.
