About the role
Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry.At least 8 years of hands-on experience applying AI technologies in enterprise solutions.Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.Professional certifications in AI, or Data Science are advantageous.Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred. Technical Expertise: Working knowledge of AI/GenAI technologies, including ML, NLP, and generative models.Familiarity with AI frameworks (e. g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).Experience with Azure Cloud services, MS OpenAI, AI Search, Form Recognizer, ADLS, and Cosmos DB.Deep understanding and practical experience with LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Claude, T5 BERT, etc.Familiar with open source such as projects like LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenLLM, OpenAIExcellent knowledge in Prompt Engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and agentic AI.Understanding MLOps and DataOps practices.Experience with REST APIs and frameworks like Django, Express.js, and Spring Boot.Knowledge of modern data platforms, NoSQL / RDBMS design, and optimization.Experience with data integration and analytics tools.
