About the role
Description : Responsibilities : - Design and deploy complex, multi-tier applications on GCP, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency. - Manage and optimize workloads using GCP services like Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Run. - Independently review client infrastructure, conduct cost optimization audits and well-architected reviews to identify cost in-efficiencies like underutilized resources, architectural pitfalls, pricing options. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development. - Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions and guide team members on GCP best practices, tools, and techniques. - Explore and perform POCs for new GCP services and features, integrating them to enhance performance and cost savings. - Handle customer queries and client interactions, providing technical expertise and ensuring satisfaction with delivered solutions Qualifications and Skills : - B.Tech/B.E/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, with at least 3+ years dedicated to GCP. - In-depth knowledge of GCP services, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Run, IAM, BigQuery, and Networking. - Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying and solving inefficiencies in infrastructure. - Any GCP certification (good to have), such as : 1. Google Associate Cloud Engineer 2. Google Professional Cloud Architect 3.
