CTO & Product Lead

As a strategic and hands-on CTO/Product Lead, your role will involve architecting a scalable and secure platform, shaping a product roadmap to provide measurable value to users in the supply chain and mobility ecosystem. You will also lead the adoption of AI-assisted engineering and automation frameworks to enhance development velocity, quality, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute technology strategy and architecture with a focus on scalability, security, reliability, and quality. - Own decisions on technology stack, processes, and infrastructure, staying informed on AI/ML, IoT, and blockchain advancements. - Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, maintaining an outcomes-driven roadmap aligned with market opportunities. - Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across software, data, QA, and DevOps. - Apply geospatial and routing algorithms for fleet optimization, leverage telemetry for ETA prediction, and design UX for drivers, dispatchers, and shippers. Qualifications & Experience: - 7+ years in software development with 3+ years in a leadership role (CTO/VP Eng/Tech Lead/Product Head). - Experience shipping products as a Product Manager or equivalent leadership position. - Proficiency in full-stack engineering (Python/Java/Go/Node) and modern front ends. - Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), microservices, and database design. - Direct experience in mobility/logistics technology is preferred.
