Position Overview The Engineering Manager provides high-level technical leadership, engineering governance, and strategic resource planning for the Global Capability Centres (GCC) multidisciplinary engineering team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality engineering solutions across Apeiron's global operations, supporting projects through proposal, design, implementation, commissioning, and lifecycle support phases. Working closely with Global Operations, Sales, Proposal Engineering, Project Management, Technical Authorities, and Regional Engineering Teams, the Engineering Manager drives engineering excellence, technical governance, standardization, and resource optimization across multiple industries and global projects. The role also drives engineering innovation, competency development, continuous improvement, knowledge management, and digital engineering initiatives to enhance engineering quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction across the organization.
