ServiceNow Technical Analyst 100% Remote Job Summary We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the platform meets organizational needs. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements. Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform. Support implementation of ServiceNow modules and enhancements. Develop and modify workflows, forms, and service catalogs. Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues. Perform testing, documentation, and deployment activities. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices. Required Skills Experience with the ServiceNow platform. Basic knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting. Understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL concepts. Experience with workflows, business rules, and client scripts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
