Netcool OMNIbus Administrator We are looking for a Senior IBM Netcool Support Engineer with hands-on experience in the IBM Netcool suite, including Netcool/OMNIbus, Impact, DASH, Probes, Gateways, Reporter, and IBM Network Manager (ITNM). The role involves administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and support of enterprise event management and network monitoring platforms. Key Responsibilities Administer and support IBM Netcool/OMNIbus, Impact, DASH, Reporter, Probes, Gateways, and ITNM.Provide L2/L3 support for platform incidents, event correlation issues, and ObjectServer health.Configure and maintain probes, gateways, triggers, automation policies, and event deduplication rules.Support upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and platform maintenance activities.Collaborate with NOC, network, and application teams to onboard and monitor event sources.Support integrations with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Remedy.Work with IBM support teams for issue resolution and product updates.Required Skills 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Event Management, or Network Monitoring.3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Netcool/OMNIbus, DASH, and Netcool Impact and/or IBM Network Manager (ITNM).Strong knowledge of ObjectServer architecture, probes, gateways, triggers, and procedures.Experience with SQL/ObjectServer queries and Impact Policy Language (IPL).Understanding of network monitoring concepts and enterprise infrastructure. .
