We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Architect to design, implement, and govern the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) architecture. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, CI relationships, and alignment with ITIL practices to support IT operations, service management, and enterprise architecture. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect the end-to-end ServiceNow CMDB frameworkDefine CMDB data model, CI classes, and relationship mappingsEstablish and enforce CMDB governance, standards, and best practicesLead CMDB discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and data quality initiativesIntegrate CMDB with Discovery, Service Mapping, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modulesEnsure accurate CI lifecycle management across infrastructure and applicationsImplement CMDB health dashboards, audits, and compliance reportingWork closely with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to maintain CI accuracyDefine and optimize ServiceNow Discovery and integration strategiesTroubleshoot CMDB data issues and drive continuous improvementProvide technical leadership and mentorship to development teamsRequired Skills & Qualifications: Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB architecture and designHands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service MappingDeep understanding of CI classes, relationships, and CMDB data modelExperience with data normalization, reconciliation, and identification rulesProficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, especially Configuration ManagementExperience integrating CMDB with third-party tools and cloud platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where individuals from all backgrounds feel valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
