Engineering Manager - AI/ML Technologies

As an experienced and visionary Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of a cutting-edge AI Agentic product focused on Conversational Intelligence. Required Qualifications: - 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in engineering management or technical leadership roles. - Strong background in building and scaling distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-based architectures. - Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML technologies, including experience with large language models (LLMs) and NLP. - Experience building conversational AI systems, chatbots, or similar intelligent systems. - Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Java, Go, Node.js, or similar). - Proven track record in hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing engineering teams. - Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Experience with modern development practices including CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and version control. - Track record of delivering high-quality products on schedule. Preferred Qualifications: - Deep knowledge of SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and VoIP technologies. - Experience with CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) platforms and related telecommunications infrastructure. - Familiarity with real-time communication systems, media processing, or streaming technologies. - Experience with webhook integration and event-driven architectures. - Knowledge of telecommunications standards and compliance requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.). - Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems. - Background in building APIs, SDKs, or developer tools. - Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
