Role: Business Analyst/ Project Manager We are looking for a technically robust and analytically minded ERP Business Analyst/ Project Manager to join our team. You will own end-to-end delivery across ERP customization, backend development, and data analysis gathering client requirements, building the solution, and delivering the insights. This requires a solid combination of developer mindset and business acumen. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to gather technical requirements and translate them into ERP customizations, API integrations, or backend solutions. Customize ERP modules to meet specific client business requirements, including backend logic, workflows, and configurations. Develop and maintain backend scripts and integrations using Python and SQL to extend ERP functionality and connect with third-party systems. Test, debug, and deploy ERP customizations; ensure quality and consistency across client environments. Work across ERP modules to extract, transform, and analyse business data for operational and strategic reporting. Build and maintain advanced Excel dashboards, pivot tables, and energetic charts to support business decision-making. Leverage data warehouses and ERP data sources to respond to ad-hoc business queries in a transparent and timely manner.
