Jr. Dev Ops

As a Jr. Dev Ops (Kubernetes) (247) at AppGlide, you will be an integral part of the customer's solutions engineering team, working closely with customers to deploy solutions across global customer deployments. The client you will be working with is an industry-leading AIOps platform that offers instant, real-time actionable insights for managing multi-domain network and application infrastructures. Your expertise in Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and YAML will be crucial in ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of these solutions. Additionally, your proficiency in coding with Python, experience with public cloud platforms, and designing SQL queries will be valuable assets in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Be a technical expert on the customer's operational analytics solution for networks, applications & security workflows. - Take a hands-on role in integrating the product to meet customer requirements. - Deploy solutions at customers, understanding their data, workflow & analytics requirements. - Ensure customers are adequately enabled for use, understanding & self-serve extensions of platform capabilities. - Collaborate with the sales team and partners for pre-sales activities. - Own design, development & execution plans for POC, and lead to completion of deployment. - Improve product features and quality through enhancement proposals and customer reviews. Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing deployment role. - 1+ years of experience in Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Docker. - Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science or Information Technology. - Proficiency in YAML syntax and its usage for configuration and data serialization. - Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. - Experience with designing SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data. - Experience with networks (e.g., Data Center, WAN, SD-WAN, Wifi, DNS/DHCP, Load Balancing) preferred. If you have 23 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering, it would be a bonus. Experience with SLI/SLO/SLA frameworks, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Terraform, PagerDuty, or chaos engineering is also advantageous.
