About the role
As an experienced AI Tools & Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling intelligent agent-based systems while driving world-class test automation. You will work at the intersection of AI agents, LLM integration, and automated testing to ensure robust, scalable, and high-quality platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph or similar agentic architectures. - Implement and optimize agent orchestration, tool calling, and multi-agent collaboration patterns. - Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into production systems, including prompt engineering, context management, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines. - Build scalable, asynchronous Python services and APIs to support agent-based workflows. - Leverage MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar protocols for communication between agents and tools. - Design and implement end-to-end, integration, and regression test automation for desktop and cloud platforms. - Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, Cypress, and custom frameworks in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Utilize AWS services to provision scalable, reliable test and staging environments. - Embed automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and maintain reliable test execution within Jenkins. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Git-based workflows to ensure high-quality, maintainable code. - Contribute to Agile ceremonies and use tools like JIRA and XRAY for test management, planning, and defect tracking. - Proactively drive quality improvements, best practices, and engineering excellence across the team. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience building and deploying AI agents using LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks. - Strong understanding of agent orchestration, tool calling, and multi-agent collaboration patterns. - Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production systems, including prompt engineering and RAG implementations. - Strong Python programming skills, including async/await and API design for scalable systems. - Expertise in automated testing for desktop and cloud applications, including end-to-end and integration testing. - Proficiency with Playwright and/or Cypress, and advanced scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Jenkins. - Solid experience with Git for version control and collaborative development. The company is a large, Fortune client known for fostering a progressive culture, creativity, and a flexible work environment. They use cutting-edge technologies to stay ahead of the curve and value diversity in all aspects.
