About the role
HCM Cloud Senior Technical
As a Subject Matter Expert:
Should have strong HCM Technical experience: 9-15 Years
Must Have Good experience in: BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, HDL, HCM Extracts, ADP Extracts, Approvals, Personalization, VBCS, Fast formula
Good understanding of the HCM Business Processes.
Conduct requirement discussions and also interact with Customer effectively.
Able to perform detailed analysis of the issue and communicate with Customers effectively
Good communication skills
Provide post-production support, analyze quarterly Oracle updates, and perform regression testing.
Good experience in handling Clients on - Requirements, Solution, Support Issues, Demo
Good experience working on Requirements, Design documents & End to end Testing.
Understanding of Offshore – Onsite Delivery model is an advantage
