Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor Consultant with 8 - 10 years of experience

Experience: 8–10 Years on Oracle Fusion HCM

Key Requirements

Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor implementation

Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor implementations as a Lead Functional Consultant .

Proven client-facing experience , including requirements gathering, solution design, workshops, and stakeholder management.

Expertise in OTL configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.

Flexible to work in shifts based on project and customer requirements.

Preferred Skills

Experience with other Oracle Fusion HCM modules like Core HR and Absence

Oracle Cloud HCM certification is an added advantage.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Time and Labor workstream during implementation projects.

• Conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions.

• Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion Time and Labor solutions.

• Support UAT, go-live, and post-production activities.

• Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
