About the role
As a Generative AI Solutions Developer, your role involves leading the development of Generative AI solutions such as LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents, as well as Computer Vision applications. You will be responsible for building and deploying deep learning models, APIs, and data pipelines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven products is a key aspect of your job. Additionally, you will mentor and guide engineers to ensure technical excellence. It is essential for you to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and drive best practices within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead development of Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents) and Computer Vision applications - Build and deploy deep learning models, APIs, and data pipelines - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven products - Mentor and guide engineers, ensuring technical excellence - Stay updated with the latest AI/ML advancements and drive best practices Qualification Required: - 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, and Data Engineering - 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI agents) - Strong expertise in Computer Vision (OpenCV, PyTorch/TensorFlow, NumPy) - Proficiency in Python, APIs (Flask/FastAPI/Django), SQL & NoSQL - Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Knowledge Graphs - Exposure to Cloud & MLOps (AWS/GCP/Azure) - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills It is expected that you have a strong foundation in the following basics: - Python - OpenCV + NumPy - REST APIs - CSV/JSON handling - Git/GitHub This comprehensive role will allow you to showcase your expertise in Generative AI and Computer Vision while contributing to cutting-edge AI-driven products.
