About the role
As a QA Automation Engineer at Apptware, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Robot Framework. With a minimum of 6 years of QA Automation experience, strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework, and expertise in API and Web UI automation testing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. Your knowledge of Python and test automation frameworks will be essential in this role. Additionally, your experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git, along with your understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, will contribute to the success of our testing processes. Your strong debugging and analytical skills will be invaluable in identifying, tracking, and reporting defects accurately. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework - Execute and analyze automated test results - Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure product quality - Identify, track, and report defects - Contribute to test planning and automation strategy Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of QA Automation experience - Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework - Experience in API and Web UI automation testing - Knowledge of Python and test automation frameworks - Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.) - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Strong debugging and analytical skills Preferred: - Experience with Selenium, API testing tools, and cloud-based testing environments Please note that only immediate joiners will be considered for this position at Apptware.
