About the role
As a Software Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining features across our Flozic integration & automation platform. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and an AI-first approach to accelerate your coding process. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this role: Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain features across the platform, including Python sync/scheduler services, Node Express controllers, and the Next UI. - Build and extend app connectors and MCP tool modules by implementing and testing against live APIs. - Operate the platform on AWS EC2 by handling deployments, monitoring, and debugging production issues. - Provide support and enhancements to Cognito (auth) and Stripe (billing) integrations. - Utilize Claude and AI agents extensively to expedite coding, code review, debugging, and documentation processes. Qualifications Required: - 12 years of experience in building web apps with at least one of Node.js, Python, or Angular, with a willingness to work across all three. - Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and Git. - Proficiency in Linux/CLI and a sharp debugging mindset. - Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude, Copilot, etc., treating AI as an essential daily tool. - Ability to independently pick up unfamiliar code and documentation and deliver high-quality results. Nice to have: - Experience with MongoDB, AWS, Cognito, or Stripe. - Exposure to integration platforms, webhooks, OAuth, or cron/schedulers. - Prior experience with prompt-engineering or agentic-workflow.
