About the role
Noida Job Category IT Software Job Details We run a Flozic integration & automation platform bidirectional app connectors, two-way data sync, and an MCP-based tool layer spanning 1500+ apps. You'll help build and operate it end-to-end: a Python cron/sync engine, Node/Express APIs, and an Next JS builder UI, all on AWS. What makes this role different: you'll work AI-first, using Claude (Claude Code, Agent SDK) as your primary force-multiplier to read, write, debug, and ship across the entire stack moving faster than a typical junior developer by leaning on AI daily. What you'll do - Develop and maintain features across the platform: Python sync/scheduler services, Node Express controllers, and the Next UI. - Build and extend app connectors / MCP tool modules read API docs, implement, and test against live APIs. - Operate the platform on AWS EC2: deployments, monitoring, and debugging production issues. - Support and improve Cognito (auth) and Stripe (billing) integrations. - Use Claude and AI agents extensively to accelerate coding, code review, debugging, and documentation. Tech stack Backend: Python (cron/sync engine), Node.js / Express Frontend: Next, TypeScript Data: MongoDB Infra: AWS EC2 Auth: AWS Cognito Payments: Stripe AI tooling: Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, MCP Must have - 12 years building web apps with at least one of Node.js, Python, or Angular and willingness to work across all three. - Robust JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals; comfortable with REST APIs, JSON, and Git. - Basic Linux/CLI and a sharp debugging mindset. - Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, etc.) you treat AI as a daily tool, not a novelty. - Self-starter who can pick up unfamiliar code and docs and ship independently. Nice to have - Experience with MongoDB, AWS, Cognito, or Stripe. - Exposure to integration platforms, webhooks, OAuth, or cron/schedulers. - Prompt-engineering or agentic-workflow experience.
