Knowledge of SQL and defect tracking tools such as JIRA/ALM. Good understanding of SDLC and STLC. Collections: Virtual Accounts, Electronic Collections, Paper-based Collections. Payments: NEFT, RTGS, Beneficiary Management, Payment Processing. Mandates Liquidity Management Receivable Management Preferred Skills Experience working on Banking projects. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
