About the role
Roles and Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and execute performance tests using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner to identify bottlenecks in software applications. - Collaborate with development teams to analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement. - Develop test plans, scripts, and reports to measure application performance under various loads and conditions. - Participate in defect resolution process by providing detailed analysis of test findings. Job Requirements : - 3-5 years of experience as a Performance Tester or similar role. - Proficiency in tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and other performance testing frameworks (e.g., Gatling). - Solid understanding of ISTQB certification principles or equivalent knowledge of software quality assurance processes. .
