Responsibilities Design automation scripts for life insurance applications ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.Apply life insurance domain knowledge to validate business rules and workflows.Perform regression testing, defect tracking, and reporting.Ensure adherence to automation frameworks, testing standards, and best practices.Mentor junior testers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong expertise in automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber).Proven experience in life insurance applications and workflows.Solid understanding of defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.ISTQB Certification is preferred but not mandatory. Experience Criteria Minimum 10 years of experience in automation testing.Hands-on experience in life insurance domain projects is mandatory.
