Test Lead - LMS

Role Overview: You are an experienced Test Lead Manual Testing with a strong exposure to the Banking Domain, particularly in Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) applications. Your main responsibility will be to lead testing activities, manage test teams, and ensure high-quality delivery across banking projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end manual testing activities for banking applications. - Prepare Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Summary Reports. - Review requirements and identify test coverage gaps. - Execute Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and UAT testing. - Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure. - Mentor and guide testing team members. - Participate in requirement analysis and provide testing estimates. Qualification Required: - Strong experience in Manual Testing. - Hands-on experience in Banking Domain projects. - Good understanding of Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS). - Experience in Retail Lending, Corporate Lending, Mortgage, Personal Loans, or Consumer Loans. - Knowledge of Loan Lifecycle, Disbursement, EMI Processing, Repayment, Foreclosure, and Collections. - Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps. - Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
