Role Summary As a Google Big Query Consultant, the ideal candidate will lead the design, build, and configuration of applications, serving as the primary point of contact for project teams. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project goals are met effectively. Key Responsibilities Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Google Big Query. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as necessary. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals. Guide the team in implementing effective solutions. Ensure all stakeholders are informed and involved throughout the development process. Must-Have Qualifications Minimum 7.5 years+ of experience in Google Big Query. Expertise in Google Dataflow for building ETL pipelines. Hands-on experience with GCP services (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Big Query, IAM). Proficiency in Python / SQL for application development and scripting. Strong understanding of data modelling and performance optimization in Big Query. Nice to Have Experience with Vertex AI for deploying ML models. Familiarity with containerization and deploying services using Cloud Run / GKE. Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau).
