Employment Type : Full-Time. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions to automate business processes. Analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunities. Develop reusable automation components and frameworks. Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications and APIs. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed automation workflows. Ensure automation solutions meet security, compliance, and operational standards. Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. Experience & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in RPA development. Strong expertise in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Experience designing end-to-end automation solutions. Strong understanding of workflow automation, OCR, and intelligent document processing. Experience with APIs, databases, and enterprise system integrations. Knowledge of SQL and database concepts. Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as C#, Python, or VB.NET. Experience with version control systems and deployment processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Preferred Skills Relevant RPA certifications. Experience with AI-powered automation and machine learning integrations.
