Senior QA Lead with RPA Experience (Udaipur)

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead with RPA experience to lead quality assurance initiatives across enterprise applications and automation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test strategy, automation testing, quality governance, and robotic process automation technologies. Location: Udaipur Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities - Define and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices. - Lead functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities. - Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts. - Collaborate with RPA developers to validate automated business processes. - Create test plans, test cases, and quality metrics. - Manage defect tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution processes. - Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the software development lifecycle. - Mentor QA engineers and provide technical leadership. - Work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful delivery. - Communicate quality risks, status updates, and recommendations to leadership. Experience & Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. - Proven experience leading QA teams and testing initiatives. - Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. - Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks. - Experience with API testing, performance testing, and database validation. - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Experience with test management and defect tracking tools. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Preferred Skills - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. - Relevant QA or RPA certifications. - Experience working with enterprise-scale automation programs.
