Project Architect (Residential & Commercial Projects)

As a Project Architect at an architecture and interior design practice in Anand Vihar, Delhi, you will be responsible for working on residential and commercial projects across design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and execution stages. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing architectural concepts, layouts, and project presentations - Managing project documentation across design development and execution stages - Preparing and reviewing working drawings, GFC drawings, and technical documentation - Coordinating with structural, MEP, and other project consultants - Conducting client meetings and documenting project requirements - Participating in site visits and coordinating project execution activities - Assisting in BOQ preparation and material specification documentation - Maintaining project records, drawing revisions, and documentation updates - Monitoring project timelines and coordination requirements - Coordinating assigned tasks with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams To qualify for this role, you should have the following requirements: - Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) - 35 years of professional experience in architecture or interior projects - Experience working on residential and commercial projects - Understanding of building regulations and construction practices - Proficiency in AutoCAD with experience preparing working drawings and construction documentation - Proficiency in SketchUp or similar 3D modeling software - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and presentation preparation tools - Experience preparing working drawings, GFC drawings, and technical documentation - Experience coordinating with consultants and project stakeholders - Ability to manage project documentation, coordination activities, and assigned project responsibilities The work schedule for this position is as follows: - Location: Anand Vihar, Delhi - Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:30 AM 7:00 PM) As a Project Architect at an architecture and interior design practice in Anand Vihar, Delhi, you will be responsible for working on residential and commercial projects across design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and execution stages.
