Senior Devops Engineer,

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware, SOA, WebLogic, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will drive DevOps strategy, manage system integrations, and ensure continuous integration, deployment, and operations for high-throughput production applications. Roles & Responsibilities: Middleware & Infrastructure Management: Administer Oracle Fusion Middleware, SOA 10G/11G, and WebLogic environments. Handle multiple PIPs and their integrations efficiently. Provide system administration support including Unix networking and Java applications. DevOps & Automation: Drive the DevOps process strategy and implementation across engineering teams. Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and release processes. Implement configuration management using tools such as Chef. Automate tasks using Unix shell scripting languages (Bash, Shell, Perl, Python). Monitoring & Performance: Use Splunk for log monitoring and troubleshooting. Participate in on-call rotation to support high-throughput production applications. Monitor and tune application performance and infrastructure. Cloud & Emerging Tech: Manage cloud environments including AWS and VMware ESX. Good to have exposure to SiteScope monitoring and UI technologies (e.g., Bootstrap). Comfortable writing Java code when necessary for automation or integration tasks. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality results on time. Accurately estimate efforts, manage priorities, and provide status updates. Share knowledge and mentor junior team members when needed.
