We Are Hiring: AI Lead (MLOps & GenAI Strategy) Define AI/ML strategy, roadmap, and governance aligned with enterprise architecture Design and lead enterprise-scale AI, ML, GenAI, LLM, RAG, and chatbot solutions Drive MLOps practices including model lifecycle management, deployment automation, monitoring, and retraining strategies Implement Responsible AI standards covering explainability, privacy, and compliance Lead and mentor AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers across projects Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases Conduct architecture and design reviews for prompt engineering, retrieval strategies, and secure AI deployments Hyderabad Bengaluru Delhi Strong experience in architecting and deploying enterprise AI/ML solutions Deep expertise in: Generative AI (GenAI) Large Language Models (LLMs) RAG Architecture Prompt Engineering Embeddings Document Intelligence Strong knowledge of MLOps, model governance, experiment tracking, and CI/CD pipelines Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills Microsoft Fabric Data Science Azure OpenAI Azure ML MLflow Domain experience in Healthcare, Pharma, CRO, Clinical Research, or Life Sciences Work Location: In person .
