As a Data Scientist in our team, you will play a crucial role in developing high-impact analytical solutions using modern cloud and AI technologies. Here is the overview of your role, key responsibilities, and required qualifications: Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and fine-tuning machine learning, statistical, and predictive models. Additionally, you will perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, segmentation, and hypothesis testing. Your role will involve building predictive solutions for forecasting, monitoring, analytics, and business optimization. Collaboration with AI/ML Engineers and Data Engineers for the production deployment of models will be an essential part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and fine-tune machine learning, statistical, and predictive models - Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, segmentation, and hypothesis testing - Build predictive solutions for forecasting, monitoring, analytics, and business optimization - Work with Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse and curated enterprise datasets - Collaborate with AI/ML Engineers and Data Engineers for production deployment of models - Implement model explainability, drift monitoring, and AI governance practices - Present analytical insights and recommendations to business stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Strong Python programming skills - Expertise in Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch - Strong statistical analysis and predictive modeling experience - Good understanding of ML lifecycle, experimentation, and evaluation metrics - Strong SQL and analytical data querying skills Additionally, it is preferred that you have experience with GenAI, NLP, LLMs, RAG Architecture, Embeddings, and Document Intelligence. Hands-on experience with Azure ML, Microsoft Fabric Data Science, MLflow, or Databricks would be beneficial. Domain experience in Healthcare, Pharma, CRO, Clinical Research, or Life Sciences is a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills are also desired for this role.
