Senior Design Engineer

This role requires a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration to ensure effective design development and project execution. Project Understanding & Collaboration: Work with engineers and managers to understand requirements, specifications, and project scope. Design & Development: Create 2D drawings (AutoCAD), 3D models (SolidWorks), and perform reverse engineering for improvements or replacements. Problem-Solving & R&D: Analyse issues, design solutions, and support innovation for new projects. Revisions & Accuracy: Incorporate feedback, ensure accuracy, and deliver projects within timelines. Documentation & BOM: Maintain design files, prepare BOMs, and ensure organized project documentation. Reporting & Mentoring: Prepare MIS reports and guide team members for continuous improvement. Additional Responsibilities: Handle tasks as assigned by management.
