Director-Service Delivery (Infrastructure Services)

As a Service Delivery Leader for Infrastructure Services at Ascendion, you will play a critical role in managing global projects and ensuring optimum delivery and execution for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Successfully managing relationships with customers and project stakeholders while minimizing project risks - Developing clear roles and responsibilities for engagement managers - Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs - Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes and implementing improvement activities - Coordinating with internal resources, third-party consultants, and external teams for project execution - Providing feedback to the pre-sales team on new proposals - Developing operational metrics to drive efficiencies - Building stable relationships with customers for organic growth - Managing expectations and escalations at a leadership level - Recommending improvement methods and ensuring timely implementation - Providing regular reports to management on service delivery performance - Leading personnel management, including recruitment, assessment, training, and mentoring - Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders for effective dialogue exchange Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong leadership characteristics with personal integrity, accountability, and commitment to quality - Effective oral and written communication skills - Experience in maintaining, managing, and monitoring enterprise technology stack - Proficiency and certification in ITIL with excellent practical ITSM knowledge - Ability to advise on enhancement/evaluation of changes in the customer production environment - Experience in managing large-scale IT and Datacenter Operations - Technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure, On-premises, and Cloud Operations - Good understanding of modern DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, and Project management principles Join Ascendion and be part of a team that values true Engineering and collaboration to develop real-world solutions for our customers.
