Windows L2 Support: Must-Have Skills 35 years Windows server and endpoint administration in a production environment Microsoft Intune and SCCM device enrollment, OSD, patching, app deployment, and compliance policies Core Windows server services — DNS, DHCP, SMB file services, print server, and IIS administration Microsoft Defender for Endpoint — policy deployment, alert triage, and security baseline management PowerShell scripting — automating endpoint builds, user provisioning, and server health checks Citrix CVAD — session troubleshooting, VDA registration issues, and application launch failures Active Directory — user/computer management, GPO troubleshooting, and OU administration ServiceNow for incident and change management 24x7 shift and on-call availability Nice-to-Have Skills Microsoft Intune MD-102 or SCCM certification Azure Arc — onboarding and managing on-premises servers via Azure portal Tenable.io or Zafran — vulnerability scanning, reporting, and remediation tracking Microsoft PKI/Certificate Authority — certificate lifecycle management Citrix XenServer — VM management and host administration ITIL Foundation v4 Manufacturing or plant environment support experience
