Product Owner & Clinical Technology & Healthcare Interoperability FHIR

Seeking a Clinical Technology Product Owner to drive delivery of FHIR-based interoperability solutions enabling bidirectional clinical data exchange between payers and providers. This role operates at the intersection of platform engineering, healthcare workflows, and EHR integrations, delivering both core APIs/platform capabilities and provider-facing solutions. Key Responsibilities Own and manage product backlog, translating strategy into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and testable requirements Drive delivery of APIs, integration services, and FHIR-based data exchange models Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth, coordinated delivery Track delivery metrics, adoption, and system performance to improve outcomes Act as primary liaison for stakeholders and integration partners Ensure strong Agile execution, fostering transparency and continuous improvement Collaborate with engineering on technical design, API architecture, and implementation Define solutions for EHR integration challenges, including API consumption, versioning, and data constraints Align backlog with product strategy and OKRs, balancing feasibility and trade-offs Required Skills & Experience 812+ years in Product Ownership / Product Management / Business Analysis Strong experience in API-driven products, integrations, or data platforms Expertise in requirement gathering, user story writing, and acceptance criteria definition Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams for end-to-end delivery Preferred Skills Experience in Healthcare (payer/provider domain) Knowledge of FHIR standards and healthcare interoperability Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical workflows Experience in external integrations and partner onboarding Understanding of API design, versioning, and system constraints Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication Excellent relationship management and cross-functional collaboration Education Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai / Vadodara Shift Time: 2 PM to 11 PM IST Work Mode: Hybrid Preferred: Immediate Joiner .
