About the role
As the CX Data Integration Manager at our company, your role will involve assimilating data from various disparate sources into a unified, consistent view. You will be using a variety of integration tools and patterns to deliver specialized software that ingests, transports, and stores business data. Your responsibilities will include organizing related information, implementing common data models, and supplying data to all types of data consumers. Additionally, you will review solutions and code, provide situational leadership on the team, and influence hiring decisions, as well as decisions on tools and technology. Key Responsibilities: - Proficient in Azure Cloud, AI/Machine Learning platforms, Data Engineering pipelines, Big Data technologies, and Microsoft tools - Technical Project Manager with experience in CRM and Data Integration - Proven problem-solving skills with excellent analytical and interpersonal abilities - Communicate with clients regarding project understanding, requirements gathering, and solution development - Define milestones and execute internal QC/demos to ensure quality delivery - Perform full life cycle development including requirements analysis, system design and architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance - Develop and manage the integration of data -- orchestration, ingestion, storage, format, transport, pipelines, and provisioning - Work with IT, business, and data management teams to understand data needs and develop specialized solutions - Collaborate with application integration and development teams on the selection and development of application data structures, storage, and integration - Protect the organization and its assets with a strong consistent security awareness - Optimize data integrations, balancing cloud and maintenance costs with performance - Track industry changes and recommend improvements in data integration and architecture - Lead DevOps principles and agile development practices to increase quality and reliability of software delivery - Maintain reference documentation - Demonstrate the Companys Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions Qualifications Required: - 10+ years' experience in data integration, data warehouse, and/or big data development - Experience with data architecture patterns and standards, as well as data integration design principles, working on an agile team - Azure cloud certified, Preferred If you believe you possess the necessary skills and are enthusiastic about this opportunity, please send your profile to vthulasiram@ashleyfurnitureindia.com As the CX Data Integration Manager at our company, your role will involve assimilating data from various disparate sources into a unified, consistent view.
