Data Integration Manager (Data Engineering) Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad (as applicable) Experience: 8-14 Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Data Integration Manager to lead a Data Engineering team and build scalable, cloud-based data solutions. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise and leadership to deliver modern data platforms that support analytics, AI, and business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers. Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines. Build scalable data solutions using GCP, Python, SQL, BigQuery, DBT, and Apache Airflow. Ensure data quality, governance, monitoring, and DataOps best practices. Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver reliable data platforms. Drive AI adoption and engineering best practices across the team. Required Skills 8+ years of Data Engineering experience with 3+ years in team management. Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL. Expertise in Python, SQL, ETL/ELT, DBT, Apache Airflow, and modern data architecture. Strong understanding of Data Modeling, DataOps, and cloud-based data platforms.
