Data Integration Manager (Data Engineering) Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad (as applicable) Experience: 712 Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Data Integration Manager to lead a Data Engineering team and build scalable, cloud-based data solutions. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise and leadership to deliver modern data platforms that support analytics, AI, and business decision-making. Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers. - Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines. - Build scalable data solutions using GCP, Python, SQL, BigQuery, DBT, and Apache Airflow. - Ensure data quality, governance, monitoring, and DataOps best practices. - Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver reliable data platforms. - Drive AI adoption and engineering best practices across the team. Required Skills - 8+ years of Data Engineering experience with 3+ years in team management. - Robust hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL. - Expertise in Python, SQL, ETL/ELT, DBT, Apache Airflow, and modern data architecture. - Robust understanding of Data Modeling, DataOps, and cloud-based data platforms. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
